In the transaction list, you can then see in real time which employee refueled which vehicle and when – giving you complete and transparent allocation for your entire fleet.

Yes, 100%. Every digital receipt you receive from us is tax office-compliant and audit-proof. This means you no longer have to collect or sort paper receipts. All receipts are archived digitally in one place and can be accessed at any time for your accounting purposes.

Can I prevent my employees from refueling more than they should?
Yes, with our Fleet+ tariff, you have full cost control. You can set individual spending limits per driver or for the entire fleet (e.g., per day, week, or month) in the dashboard. When the limit is reached, further transactions are automatically blocked so that your budget always stays on track.
