Yes, absolutely. Since each driver logs into the app with their own account, each transaction is clearly assigned to the respective employee, even if the vehicle changes. In combination with license plate recognition, this gives you full transparency.
Data security is extremely important in our industry. How secure is our data?
We understand that. PACE relies on the highest banking-level security standards with state-of-the-art encryption and tokenization. All data is processed in compliance with GDPR on servers in Germany to ensure maximum security for your sensitive company data.
Our pharmacy often delivers medication at night. Does the app still work then?
Yes. One of the big advantages is the ability to pay at many gas stations around the clock, even when the shop is already closed. Your drivers can see which gas stations offer this 24/7 service in the app.
How time-consuming is billing for our accounting department at the end of the month?
Minimal. Instead of lots of individual receipts, you receive a central collective invoice. With the export function, you can transfer all data to your accounting department in a ready-to-use format, saving you a huge amount of administrative work.
Can I ensure that the company card is only used for business trips?
Yes. Your employees can choose between “business” and ‘private’ in the app every time they refuel. If a driver selects “private,” they can use their own private payment method. You have full transparency over all business expenses in the dashboard.
We have multiple locations. Can I manage the costs per pharmacy/team?
Yes, with the Fleet+ plan, you can create different teams or cost centers via role and rights management. This allows you to maintain a complete overview even with more complex company structures. The feature will be released with the next update.
