Our trucks often travel abroad. Does PACE Drive Business (PDB) work throughout Europe?
Yes, absolutely. Your drivers can see all available partner gas stations in 15 European countries in the PACE Drive app. This makes international route planning much easier, as different card systems are no longer necessary and billing is centralized and digital.
How secure is the system given the high fuel volumes of our vehicles?
PDB is significantly more secure than physical cards. Since there is no card to copy (skimming) or steal, the most common scams are eliminated. With Fleet+, you can also set individual spending limits per driver to control the financial risk associated with large fuel purchases and monitor every transaction in real time in the dashboard. Fleet+ will be launched with the next update.
Can we allocate fuel costs to a specific truck or route?
Yes. You can activate the recording of license plate numbers and mileage for your fleet. This data is requested for each transaction and appears on your receipts, enabling precise cost analysis per vehicle and calculation of the TCO (Total Cost of Ownership).
How does billing work when we have dozens of drivers in the system?
The system is designed for large teams. Instead of hundreds of individual receipts, you receive a central, digital collective invoice for all fuel purchases. With the export function, you can also automate the transfer to your accounting department, saving you a huge amount of administrative work.
Does the app support searching for truck-friendly gas stations with AdBlue pumps?
How quickly can we add new drivers to the system or block old ones?
In real time. You can easily invite new drivers via a link, and they are ready to go immediately. If a driver leaves the company, you can immediately block their access in the dashboard with a single click and deactivate their digital card – this ensures maximum security in the event of high driver turnover.
