Our technicians use pool vehicles. Can we still allocate the costs per employee?
Yes, absolutely. Since each driver logs into the app with their own account, each transaction is clearly assigned to the respective employee, even if the vehicle changes. In combination with license plate recognition, this gives you full transparency.
Data security is extremely important to us as an IT company. How secure is our data?
We understand that. PACE relies on the highest banking-level security standards with state-of-the-art encryption and tokenization. All data is processed in compliance with GDPR on servers in Germany to ensure maximum security for your sensitive company data.
How complex is the integration into our existing accounting processes?
Minimal. Instead of lots of individual receipts, you receive a central collective invoice. With tax compliant export, you can transfer all data to your accounting department in a prepared form, saving you enormous administrative effort and avoiding manual errors.
Can I ensure that the company card is only used for business trips?
Yes. Your employees can choose between “business” and ‘private’ in the app every time they refuel. If a driver selects “private,” they can use their own private payment method. You have full transparency over all business expenses in the dashboard.
We have multiple locations/teams. Can I manage the costs per team?
Yes, with the Fleet+ plan, you can create different teams or cost centers via role and rights management. This allows you to maintain a complete overview even with more complex company structures. The Fleet+ plan is available with the next update.
Does the solution also work for our electric or hybrid vehicles?
PACE Drive Business currently specializes in refueling with conventional fuels. The integration of charging solutions is an important part of our future development in order to offer a comprehensive solution for mixed fleets.
