Your drivers can simply select whether it is a business or private trip in the app each time they refuel. For business trips, the stored company payment method is used. For private trips, they can use their own privately stored payment methods (e.g., private PayPal account).

Yes, instead of lots of individual charges, you receive a central collective invoice for all your team’s fuel purchases. If you register a company card, the fuel costs are bundled as usual and usually debited from your card after four weeks.
